If you are looking for an interactive, fun and educational workshop or presentation for your group, any of the following workshops can be adapted to meet your specific needs. Laugh For The Health of It

Mirthful laughter has a profound effect on the body, mind and spirit. Laughter reduces stress, boosts the immune system and creates joy. In this light-hearted presentation, the audience will:

• laugh together through laughter yoga activities
• learn the 6 principles of "Good Hearted Living"
• learn to use laughter as a tool for problem solving.

This fun and informative presentation is perfect for adults of all ages and abilities.

Puppetmania

Explore the magical world of puppetry in this introductory workshop. Participants will make a “one-of-a-kind” puppet using found objects, recycled materials & thrift shop finds. Puppetry techniques, character development, improvisational drama activities, creating a puppet play and preparing a puppet stage will all be part of the adventure. The program concludes with your very own one-of-a-kind puppet performance! This fun and interactive workshop is appropriate for all ages.

Help For Those Who Help Others

Providing support to other individuals is often demanding and exhausting. Whether you are a parent, support worker, teacher, social worker or care giver of another kind, this is the workshop for you. This interactive and educational workshop teaches:

• a variety of expressive arts activities to help you manage and bring balance to your life
• how to apply the expressive arts activities you learn to the individuals you support in order to enhance the quality of their lives.

Funny Business

Step into the fun and rewarding world of clowning. Entertainers, teachers, youth leaders and other fun-loving folks are finding the art of clowning a great benefit as a form of recreation, instruction, entertainment and self-discovery. In this fun and interactive workshop, participants will:

• discover the clown personality hidden inside themselves
• learn the basics of applying make-up and designing a clown wardrobe
• perform amazing and funny clown magic
• learn to make balloon animals and explore other clown skills.

This workshop can be adapted to children or adults of any age.

The Creation Station

Begin a journey of mind, body and spirit to awaken the creative self. By freeing creativity, we can improve the physical, emotional and spiritual quality of our lives. This interactive workshop encourages:

• creativity as play, adventure and self-expression
• creativity as process, not product
• creativity as a tool to enhance our lives.
